We are growing at a time when many companies are standing still.

The recent most addition to our pressroom has been the installation of our Harris Full-Web, six-colour press. As with our Half-Web, it is also tied into our Hostmann-Steinberg ink pumping system which provides consistent colour from job to job and press to press. Beyond consistency, this system is also more cost effective and environmentally friendly.

The Full-web press also utilizes the same MicroTrak CCR electronic registration control system that we use on our Harris Half-Web press. This system monitors the registration on-the-fly throughout the entire run and automatically makes adjustments as required to ensure a great fit.

Unlike it’s smaller half-web cousin, the Full-Web sports the GMI Colour Interpreter. The (GMI) system analyzes the colour requirements on a project by project basis and pre-adjusts the ink set-up for each unit on the press. Accurate colour and perfect registration has never been this reliable!
